Ingredients


  • 1 Kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp powdered white pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp white flour
  • 1 crushed Chicken Stock cube
  • A pinch of Gram flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying as required

Instructions


  • In a bowl add chicken and mix all ingredients in it except oil, leave for an hour.
  • In a pan heat oil and on medium heat fry the chicken, stir frequently until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of gram flour.
  • Chicken wings drumsticks is ready to serve hot, with potato chips.

Crispy Chicken Chunks

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1lb. chicken breast cut into bite sized chunks
  • 2/3 cup cornstarch
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt – to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions


• In a bowl place the ginger juice, garlic, black pepper and soy sauce and marinate well.
• Mix the chicken chunks for 20 minutes.
• Drain the chicken chunks and then lightly coat it in flour.
• After, heat the oil in a deep fryer. Fry the chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes or until it floats and becomes golden brown.
• Arrange the crispy chicken chunks on a platter and serve immediately with the lemon chunk.

Hawaiian Pasta

Ingredients

• Pasta Shells – 200g
• Butter – 1/2 tablespoon
• Garlic – 5 cloves, minced
• Onion – 1 medium, minced
• Red Bell Pepper – 1~5, seeded and diced
• Beef – 1/2 kg Grounded (Qeema)
• Tomato Sauce – 4 cups
• Cherry Tomatoes – 4-6 Sliced in cubes
• Cheddar Cheese – 1 1/2 (one and half) cup grated
• Salt – to taste
• Pepper – to taste
• Olive Oil – According to Judgement


Instructions


• Cook Shells in Boiled Water for 15 minutes.
• Marinate with Olive Oil.
• Heat 4tbsp of Olive Oil in a fry pan and mix butter into it.
• Then in the heated butter-oil mixture add Onion, Garlic and Pepper and saute for 3~5 minutes.
• Now Add Beef and Tomato Paste and fry for 10 minutes.
• Add 1/2 cup of Cheese and fry it until Cheese melts.
• Now place Pasta and the Sauce into a bowl and mix well. Add remaining Cheese and bake it into the over for 10-15 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5-7 minutes before serving.

  • 425 ml/1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 240 gm/1 cup Clarified butter (ghee)

  • Salt
How to make Taftan
  • Sieve flour as well as salt together.
